Struck Off the Register, but Assets Remain

The Estonian Commercial Code gives the registrar the authority to delete companies that fail to meet their reporting obligations i.e. fail to submit the annual report. This option has been actively used, and in practice, even well-known companies have been deleted from the registry due to such non-compliance.
