Lada has participated in the legislation processes in EU and Estonia. Several amendment proposals were drafted to the Estonian AML act corresponding the EU IV AML Directive, opinion to the amendments of the MiFid and others.

Lada has completed the course “Private and Venture Capital” at Tallinn University of Technology in cooperation with the Estonian Private and Venture Capital Association (EstVCA). Within the course, the important role of private and venture capital in capital markets was approached: 1) as a source of corporate finance, 2) as an alternative investment opportunity and asset class, and 3) as a tool for national growth and development, an also private and venture capital strategies, private equity funds’ structures, legal framework and operating principles.
