Professional activities

On a daily basis, Brigitta mainly practices contract law, company law and M&A. Previously she has advised clients on a number of corporate restructurings and led international projects. As an in-house lawyer,  previously she has been exposed to all sorts of legal issues concerning the company. Brigitta has previously practiced in Harju County Court and has previous experience in the field of civil court proceedings. Brigitta has a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu and is continuing her master’s studies.
