СUESTA’s partners Lada Riisna, Head of the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group and Jaak Siim, Head of the Tax Law Practice Group, advised NPG Investment OÜ on a restructuring transaction in which the division took place through a spin-off. As a result of the demerger, a new company, Tammekaare OÜ, was established, to which a part of the assets of the demerging company was transferred. NPG Investment OÜ owns Mauri Tehnoküla located on the Pärnu-Lihula road on the border of the city of Pärnu, which was established in 2007-2008 as a modern quarter of commercial, production and warehouse space with a development capacity. In Tehnoküla, several different companies operate as tenants, including a furniture store, car services, various manufacturing companies and wholesalers. On the territory of 7 ha, two commercial buildings with all communications have been completed with a total area of 9400 m².
