Professional activities
- Eva Mägi is an attorney-at-law who has more than 15 years of experience on law and representing clients in different court proceedings. Before joining Cuesta Law Office Eva practiced for a long time in dispute resolution practice group in one of the leading Estonian law firm. Eva has represented clients in several disputes, including insurance disputes, representing minority shareholders against majority shareholder and vice versa, property law disputes including establishment of servitudes, succession matters and in many other areas. Eva has also extensive competence in bankruptcy law and has advised both creditors and debtors in different bankruptcy proceedings. Due to her previous work experience in financial institution Eva also possesses an extensive knowledge on the areas of finance law and consumer credit.
